We are looking for an experienced Foundry Manager to lead operations in our Cast Iron Foundry. The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of the complete foundry process and strong leadership skills.

Key Requirements:-
1. Minimum 10 years of experience in a Cast Iron Foundry

2. Fluent in Hindi (knowledge of other regional languages is an added advantage)

Thorough understanding of:-
Metallurgy
Sand system and moulding
Pattern and core making
Fettling operations
Quality control processes

Responsibilities:-
1.Oversee and manage daily foundry operations
2. Ensure consistent production quality and process optimization
3. Lead and train the production team for improved efficiency
4. Coordinate with quality, maintenance, and design teams

Store and purchase manager

Job description

The Store Keeper and Purchase Incharge is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, managing inventory, and coordinating the procurement of materials and supplies. This role ensures the availability of materials needed for operations, maintains accurate stock levels, and builds reliable relationships with vendors.

Skills and Qualifications:-
1. Proven experience in storekeeping and procurement (2–3 years preferred).
2. Knowledge of inventory management systems (ERP knowledge is a plus).
3. Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
4. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
5. Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel).
6. Diploma or Bachelor's degree.

Pump / Compressor Assembly Technician

Job Description:

Responsible for assembling pumps and compressors as per drawings, handling parts like shafts, bearings, seals, and impellers, and ensuring proper alignment and testing. Must follow quality and safety standards during assembly.

Qualification:
ITI / Diploma in Mechanical (or relevant).
Experience: 2–5 years in pump or compressor assembly.

VTL / VMC Operator (3 Positions)

Key Responsibilities:-
1. Operate and maintain Vertical Turning Lathe (VTL) / Vertical Machining Center (VMC) machines.
2. Interpret and work from engineering drawings and job instructions.
3. Perform setup and changeovers as per production requirements.
4. Monitor machine operations and ensure quality output.
5. Conduct routine checks and basic maintenance on machines.
6. Record production data and report any deviations or machine issues.

Key Responsibilities:-
1. ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or relevant technical trade.
2. Minimum 1 years of hands-on experience in VTL or VMC machines.
3. Good understanding of measuring instruments and quality inspection tools.
4. Ability to read technical drawings.
