DESCRIPTION

Special heavy duty open type screen protected motors for use in industries and as prime movers in agriculture. Extension shaft motors can be supplied for driving more than one equipment.

BASIC DESIGN FEATURES

  • Synochronous A.C. Voltage 240
  • Frequency 50 Hz
  • Single phase winding
  • Squirrel cage rotor
  • Insulation class 'B'
  • Performance as per IS 996

APPLICATIONS

  • Graded grey iron castings which assures a long years of utility
  • Shaft-EN8 rotors - pressure die cast and dynamically balanced
  • Stator core pack - built from low loss electrical grade steel laminations
  • Winding consists of polyester base insulated copper wire to give high conductivity and impregnated with synthetic resin to attain high die electrical properties
  • Body frame, end shields, bearing shields are made out of quality
  • Windings are tested on surge comparison tester
  • All motors are painted with synthetic enamel black paint
